Rare white lions found

One of the rarest of all cats, a white lion in a large pride was sighted by guides in Kruger, so the search was on to film this amazing animal. Only 13 exist in the wild so they are one of the most critically endangered of all big cats. In tracking them guides and photographers found two, one very young and one that appeared to be 6 - 8 months old in a very large pride. What an experience to see such a rare animal. The vast majority of white lions exist in captivity so it was sad to know that one didn't make it. So many threats face young lions in their journey to adulthood so I hope the other one gets the chance to grow up and become the magnificent big male he has every right to be.
